This property enjoys a lovely location, nestled in the North Devon countryside. Six miles to the north east of the property is the market town of Great Torrington, where guests will find a good range of shops and eateries. The attractive gardens of RHS Rosemoor are just outside the town, and make a lovely place to spend a day wandering the numerous gardens. The coast is within easy driving distance and offers something for everyone, with family friendly sandy beaches, breath taking coastal walks, and quaint fishing villages, such as those at Appledore and Higher Clovelly. For something a little different, the Milky Way Adventure Park, which is just ten miles from the property, offers a range of fun rides and play areas. This stunning barn conversion makes a great place for enjoying a truly special holiday with family or friends. The main living space is a wonderfully spacious and light filled lounge/kitchen/diner. At one end of the room, the lounge area has deep, inviting sofas on which to sit back and relax whilst watching the TV and DVD, or perhaps enjoying an evening of great conversation with the cosy wood burner flickering away and a few drinks. Moving towards the other end of this impressive room, with its attractive exposed beams, guests will find the large dining table taking pride of place at the centre of the space. Beyond the dining area lies the kitchen, which is equipped with everything that guests need to make themselves at home, including a Range oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. Just off from the kitchen, there is a cloakroom with WC, whilst the washer/ dryer is housed separately in a handy utility room. There is a separate smaller lounge room which makes a great space for enjoying some quiet time with a good book, or perhaps challenging a fellow guest to a game of chess. One of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, an attractive double bedroom with an en suite shower and WC, as well as its own TV. Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor accommodation, where there are five further bedrooms, all of which have been elegantly styled to create restful, understated spaces in which to relax. Two of these have king size beds which both benefit from their own TV and en suite shower rooms with WC. There are then two further rooms, one of whice has a double bed and en suite shower and WC and the other has twin beds. Finally, there is an attractive twin room on this floor. The main bathroom is a fantastic sanctuary like space with a bath, separate shower, and WC. Outside, there is a wonderfully spacious patio which is accessed directly off the lounge that has a range of garden furniture and a BBQ. This area leads onto a private garden that is laid to lawn, with plenty of space for children to enjoy playing games. Across the courtyard in front of the property, guests will find the former stable block which has been converted to create a fun games barn, which has a pool table, table tennis, dart board and table football. There is ample courtyard parking available.
