The village of Woolacombe (4.5 miles) offers further 3 miles of sandy beach, along with shops, cafes and restaurants, and Saunton Sands (1 mile) is well known for its surfing, burrows and a 36 hole golf course which is open to visitors. Venture a bit further away and discover the woodland and moorland walks of Exmoor National Park (16 miles). Enter this apartment on the ground floor and you will come across the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has sofas surrounding the Smart TV, a great place to relax and chat, read a book, or watch a favourite movie together. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, the perfect place to cook a lovely meal after a busy day exploring the beach and surrounding coastline. The dining area has enough seating for all guests to enjoy a tasty dish or perhaps play a board game. There are two bedrooms, a king size bedroom, and a single. Finally completing this property is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside there is a shared lawned area with benches overlooking the sea and there is a gate with direct access to the beach. There is on site parking for 2 cars.
