This delightful little cottage is just yards from the slipway in Appledore and is within easy walking distance of the bustling quayside, unique galleries, friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes, found amidst the narrow cobbled streets. It is perfectly located for beach combing the estuary shore and walking the coastal path with its wonderful views, while the nearby beach at Westward Ho! offers great surfing. A short drive will take you to the Elizabethan port of Bideford and the cliff side village Clovelly. Nearby attractions include the beautiful gardens of Tapeley Park or RHS Rosemoor or for the kids, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. At the end of the day, watch the sun sink beneath the waves from a waterside pub. You ll step into a small entrance lobby before heading into the delightful, open plan lounge with wood laminate flooring, rugs, pictures and artwork by local artists and an attractive heart creates a cosy feel to the room. When you just want to relax on the sofa you can make use of the TV with BT entertainment, DVD and CD. The kitchen/diner offers painted units, an electric oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is parking on the road nearby or you ll find a pay and display car park a short walk away.
