Located in the pretty, fishing village of Appledore, this cosy cottage is 2 minutes' walk from the quayside and village shops. Hidden in the quaint streets of Appledore you will discover the many galleries and local artist's studios. Visit the maritime museum, take a trip on the river or simply stroll down to the quayside to watch the world go by. In the evening, either dine in one of the local pubs and restaurants or retreat to the privacy of the cottage for a quiet BBQ. Westward Ho! is a short drive away, and with 2 miles of sandy beach, is ideal for swimming or surfing. The nearby town of Bideford offers a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an historic quayside and art museum. Local attractions include The Big Sheep, Tapeley Park, The Milky Way, Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal.
