At the back of the property there is an open plan living/kitchen/dining area a brilliantly sociable room to enjoy with your loved ones. The living area has comfortable seating for all guests and has a Smart TV and wood burner, perfect for cosying up in the evening and watching your favourite films. The dining area is conveniently located next to the well equipped kitchen, featuring a great selection of features and appliances including an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The whole room opens up with large, sliding glass doors to let in the sea breeze and enjoy the fresh air. Venturing outside to the rear of the property, you ll find a large, enclosed garden, featuring an area of lawn and a decked terrace with seating. Here you can enjoy dining in the open air with the charcoal BBQ or relax with a casual drink. Also found in the garden is a games room, complete with an arcade games console, pool table and dartboard. There is private off road parking on the front driveway for two cars with additional parking found on the road (subject to availability).
