During the summer take the foot ferry to Instow, where there is a sandy beach and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. A larger beach with its pebble ridge at Westward Ho! is just a short drive away or you may prefer to walk along the coast path to get there. Visit nearby Bideford where you will find a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. For a fun day out for the little ones visit the Big Sheep or the Milky Way. Enter the property and into the hallway with cupboards for putting away your coats and boots after a day out walking. Through to the lounge where you can relax in front of the flame effect gas fire and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or enjoy a bit of peace and quiet with a good book in the snug or watch a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for preparing a meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy your meal in the dining area or head out to the patio area. Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms a super king size and one double, both with estuary views followed by one twin with garden views and an en suite shower room with WC. Completing the first floor is the bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Outside is and enclosed gated back garden with an entrance from a private lane. There are three patio areas with the top one having a sea view and a charcoal BBQ. A games room can be found in the garage with table football and magnetic dart board.
