This popular seaside resort offers an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and family entertainment to keep the kids entertained. You can also enjoy the South West Coast Path and walks across the Burrows. There is direct access to the Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant, on take part in a round of golf. The fishing village of Appledore is a short drive away with its pretty quayside, restaurants, pubs, shops and galleries. Nearby are famous beaches including Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands. The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Lundy Island are all great days out for all the family. On entering this reverse level accommodation, head up to the first floor where you will find the spacious and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The light and inviting lounge is a delightful space for relaxing in, complete with Smart TV, Amazon Firestick and DVD. Bi folding doors lead out onto the balcony where you can take in the views or have extended room to enjoy breakfast. There s a charming dining area, and you will find the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Returning to the ground floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, all with TVs. There are two king size rooms each with en suite shower and WC, and a twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request). You will also find a bathroom, complete with shower over the bath and WC. There s also a utility room with washer/dryer. Stepping outside, you can relax at the end of a great day in the enclosed garden with patio, seating, BBQ and hot tub. There s also a beach hut for storing bikes, wet suits and sandy boots. Off road parking is available for two cars.
