The lounge area has a corner sofa and a snuggle chair, wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The wall mounted Sonus beam soundbar produces High Definition sound, In addition, there are built in Bluetooth speakers in the living area, so you can play your own music. The kitchen area is well equipped and provides everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge and Espresso coffee machine. Dine at the family size table or if you prefer enjoy drinks whilst watching the sunset on the large balcony with further dining table and chairs looking out to sea. Heading outside there is an enclosed private garden with patio area, picnic table and outside hot shower. The rear balcony can also be accessed from the lounge area through the large bi folding doors which also has sea views. The balcony off the kitchen area is a great spot for alfresco breakfast or evening drinks. The garage is accessed via the back door and offers a washing machine as well as a games room with pool table, dart board and buckets and spades, there is also a rack for surfboards and hanging area for wet suits. An outside hot shower allows you to wash off sandy toes or paws before entering the property. There is parking on the driveway for one car and others roadside.
