This luxury holiday home is set in the seaside town of Westward Ho!, an extremely popular location for visitors and locals alike, with its two miles of golden beach, with dog friendly areas all year round, where families can build sandcastles and paddle in the sea and water sports enthusiasts have the local surf school to enjoy a day on the waves. Just next door is the Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy a drink or a meal in the restaurant/bar or a round of golf for an extra charge. Behind the beach keen walkers can walk for miles through the sand dunes at Northam Burrows Country Park or the South West Coastal Path runs the full length of the village offering stunning views out to sea. Other attractions in the area include World of Wonder indoor soft play area, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park. Cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher along with a dining area for everyone to enjoy a family meal and chat about your day s activities. Indulge in the private large hot tub within the enclosed south facing rear garden. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off wet suits, boards, etc. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and BBQ stand, perfect for bringing your own disposable BBQ's. Allocated off road parking is available for two cars to the front of the property.
