Head down to Wembury beach, stopping off for a light bite at The Old Mill Café and in the afternoon, jump in the car and drive to the bustling port city of Plymouth, where you can stop by local landmarks such as Smeaton's Tower, or enjoy a day of shopping in the town centre and sitting down for a tasty meal in one of the many restaurants before heading back to the comfort of your holiday home. If you're travelling with children, plan a trip to the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth or Dartmoor Zoo to meet the exotic animals that call this their home.
