It features an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Venturing outside, you can relax at the end of the day in the enclosed rear garden where there is a patio with garden furniture, perfect for outside dining, and your very own hot tub. At the bottom of the garden is a raised patio with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a wood fired BBQ, and a fire pit, ideal for those lazy summer evenings. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect before getting in the hot tub or for washing the sand off from the beach. Off road parking for up to four cars is available at the front of the property.
