Within a short walk of the amenities within the village, fill your days wandering the quaint streets, and pop into some independent shops and galleries. A small flight of five steps leads up to the impressive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with everything you need to cook, dine and relax, whilst enjoying wonderful views of the river and Instow beyond. The superb kitchen area has an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, an island unit with breakfast bar and stools as well as a large formal dining table with ample room for everyone to be able to eat together. The lounge area has a living flame wall mounted electric fire and a Smart TV. The impressive floor to ceiling feature window allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings, and just enjoy the views. Outside, the enclosed garden accessed from the hallway and kitchen offers a raised, decked patio with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and steps down to a lawn that s ideal for kids to let off steam. At the side of the house is the garage/storage area, which has room for storage of bikes/surfboards, as well as a small pool table. The property offers off road parking for three cars.
