At the end of the hallway is the grand master bedroom with a super king size bed, ample storage/wardrobe space, a seating area with coffee table and sliding patio doors to enjoy the sight and sounds of the sea. The master bedroom also boasts a Smart TV with Sky Q with entertainment package and an en suite shower room with shower and WC. Go up to the first floor which benefits from an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner allowing you to create unforgettable holiday memories. The kitchen includes electic oven and induction hob, combi microwave oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. The comfortable dining area seats eight and the lounge area is stylishly appointed with a wall mounted the frame Smart TV, Blu ray player and Sky Q with entertainment package. A portable speaker is available for guests use. Sliding balcony doors brings the balcony and outside in and fills the aspect wall with the enviable views of the sea and North Devon coastline. On the lower ground floor, you will find a further three bedrooms. A bedroom with a king size bed, Smart TV and en suite shower room with shower and WC. This room has sea views and a double external door. A further bedroom with king size bed and separate sitting area, boasts an external access to a small private courtyard with seating. This room also has a Smart TV. The final bedroom on this floor also has sea views and is a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV is also connected to a PlayStation 4. Also, on this floor is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The sunny and enclosed outside patio is located next to the two car driveway, accessed down steps with a gate you can enjoy the spacious outdoor sofas, dining table & chairs and a gas BBQ all with a sea view. Enjoy unwinding on the furnished balcony accessed from the lounge and watch the sun set over Lundy island. A small grassed area finishes off the stunning setting for your al fresco dining whilst enjoying the stunning sea views.
