Ilfracombe is a bustling place at any time of the year, in summer it bustles with families making for the beach and in winter it has an undiscovered quaint, charm which will make you want to return again and again. Within walking distance of the towns Tunnels Beach and the variety of restaurants, bars, galleries and shops to sample and wander around. For walkers, you can enjoy the South West Coast Path or explore further afield and visit Clovelly, or a short drive away Valley of Rocks, Lynton and Lynmouth, Watersmeet and Exmoor National Park. For sandy beaches with excellent surfing facilities, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are just a short drive away and all worth a visit. Located just off the promenade this attractive and contemporary family home is accessed up a couple of steps. On entering the property, you are greeted with the kitchen/diner on your right and a lounge area on your left. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and everything you need to cater for a group. There is a beautiful glass dining table with bench and stools seating everyone adequately. The lounge area has a corner sofa and two armchairs, ideal for relaxing, as well as a TV and a pebble effect electric fire which adds a focal point for the room. French doors lead out from this room to the enclosed courtyard. Heading down to the lower ground floor is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and ironing station. Back up to the ground floor a staircase leads up to the first, second and third floors which incorporate five bedrooms. On the first floor you will find a king size zip and link (which can be made up as a 2 6 twin on request) with TV and en suite shower room and WC, also on this for is a single bedroom and a separate WC. On the second floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower and WC and a king size zip and link (which can be made up as a 2 6 twin on request) also having an en suite shower and WC. The last bedroom is found on the third floor and consists of a family room with a king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as a 2 6 twin on request) and an additional single bed, TV and an en suite bathroom with bath and WC. Also, on the third floor is the cinema room, a fantastic feature perfect for an evening of entertainment for all the family with TV/DVD, CD player, PlayStation 3 and a selection of DVDs. Stepping outside from the ground floor lounge is an enclosed courtyard area with garden furniture and a built in charcoal BBQ, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. There is allocated parking for up to four cars, five on request, in lockable parking spaces just 100 yards from the property.
