Head to the coast to discover the string of sandy beaches on Devon s north coast, including Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde together with hidden coves, including those at Lee Bay and Woody Bay. There is much more to see in the local area, including the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and Watermouth Castle, with its family friendly attractions. Tucked away up a private lane lies this wonderful, detached farmhouse, which is situated on a 10,000 acre working farm and is bursting with charm and character. Entering this stunning property, you are immediately greeted by a boot room with room to hang coats, a washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink and a useful WC. From here head into the lounge which has a wood burner, Smart TV and views over the enclosed garden. From the lounge, step into the kitchen/diner with sliding doors opening into the garden, a TV/DVD and a large dining table seating 12 where you can spend quality time with your loved ones or celebrate an occasion with friends. The well equipped kitchen has everything you might need to cook and entertain with an oil fired AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a super king bedroom with en suite shower room. There is a utility room that houses a Belfast sink. There is also a games room where you will find a pool table and a TV. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a second WC. When the day draws to a close head upstairs from the kitchen/diner and retire to bed in one of the five bedrooms all with views over Exmoor. The master is a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request at the point of booking) with an en suite shower room with a shower and WC. There are a further four bedrooms all king size zip and link s (which can again be made into a twin on request at the point of booking). There are two family bathrooms upstairs one bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC and the second is accessed via two steps and has a bath with separate shower and WC, there is also a further shower room with shower and WC. There is also a second staircase leading down to a hall with a door opening into the garden and a door into the lounge. The final bedroom is a super king size and is located in the adjoining annexe which is at the end of the farmhouse and has its own front door, a perfect retreat for Grandparents! On the ground floor of the annexe there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and a lounge with TV. Heading upstairs is a super king size bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. Venturing outside from the lounge/diner is a patio with outside seating for everyone. You will also find a gas BBQ, ideal for spending an evening surrounded by friends and family. There is a large enclosed lawned garden great for ball games and is perfect to keep children entertained for hours. There is a large swim/spa and sauna room and a private tennis court. The property also features ample off road parking.
