Outside there is an acre of landscaped gardens which comprises of a lawn fringed by borders and mature shrubs and trees, great for relaxing in with plenty of room for children to play. There is the added benefit of a tree house and a tree swing which children are welcome to use. To one side of the garden is a vegetable garden. There is also a large courtyard where guests will find a table and chairs. There is also a detached garage where you are welcome to store bikes. The property is approached from Charmouth Road over a gated gravel driveway which provides ample parking.
