Back to the hall and heading up the beautiful ash staircase are a further five bedrooms. The first three bedrooms are all double rooms with en suite shower rooms with WC s. The fourth is a super king zip and link which can be made into a twin on request with an en suite shower room with WC. The fifth double bedroom is in the eaves of the property on the second floor and has a large Velux window which boasts beautiful views over the garden and beyond. There is a bathroom opposite this bedroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. Outside there is an acre of landscaped gardens which comprises of a lawn fringed by borders and mature shrubs and trees, great for relaxing in with plenty of room for children to play. There is the added benefit of a tree house and a tree swing which children are welcome to use. To one side of the garden is a vegetable garden. There is also a large courtyard where guests will find a table and chairs. There is also a detached garage where you are welcome to store bikes. The property is approached from Charmouth Road over a gated gravel driveway which provides ample parking.
