The beautiful seaside town of Bude is just a short drive from the property, with plenty of sandy stretches to relax on in the summer months, or try your hand at some water sports. There are plenty of amenities in the town, as with Holsworthy further inland from the cottage. The Tamar Lakes are also easily reached, offering an array of water based activities, walks and fishing. Attractive and cosy, this lovely cottage has plenty of little quirks and benefits to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible. The lounge/kitchen is open plan, complete with comfortable soft furnishings, a wood burner, and Smart TV. The kitchen itself comprises of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Through to the conservatory, which doubles up as the diner, there is a large dining table for cosy meals in, a TV/DVD and more seating. The property s only bedroom has a comfy king size bed with TV and DVD, whilst the shower room is a wet room style shower, with WC. Outside, the cottage has lots of added extras to make your stay extra special. The private decked area has garden furniture and BBQ, and leads to the hot tub, where you can relax after a long day out, and there is a lawned area to the front of the property with an idyllic decked seating area by the pond. There is private off road parking for one car. Also outside in the utility shed you will find a freezer.
