The surrounding countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers countryside walks quite literally from your doorstep, joining the South West Coast Path. You will be within easy reach of beautiful beaches and coastal towns, including the fishing villages of Hope Cove (less than 1 mile) and Salcombe (4 miles), famous for its beautiful estuary, a gin distillery, and a range of shops and eateries. Entering this cosy retreat, you're welcomed into the open plan living/kitchen area. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy a meal and the bijou kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Completing the living area is a Smart TV and two sofa's. There is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, two lovely furnished bedrooms, a super king size bedroom with a Smart TV and a cosy single room. There is a family bathroom, which offers a bath and separate large shower and WC. Outside the barn is a shared patio space with outdoor seating. A short walk away is a BBQ and pizza oven which offers seating and outdoor eating area, which can be enjoyed by all guests staying in the barns. There is an outdoor play area and table tennis available.
