Situated on a 200 acre livestock farm amid beautiful countryside yet only a few minutes walk to the centre of this picturesque Exmoor village with its character village inn serving excellent meals and bar snacks, and small post office stores. Guests are welcome to roam the farmlands observing activities including lambing, haymaking, calf rearing etc. Dogs, cats, ducks and chickens also reside on the farm and the historic mound site of Holwill Castle is also within the farmlands. It is an ideal location for those wishing to explore the splendour of Exmoor by footpath, horseback or car, with Combe Martin and Lynton and Lynmouth a short drive and the superb sandy surfing beach at Woolacombe less than 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation is spacious and comfortably furnished with night storage heating throughout, and includes some internal steps. One bedroom with double + single bed. Newly fitted bathroom/wc with hand shower attachment. Good sized, comfortable living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. Kitchen/breakfast room with elec cooker and microwave. Attractive fully enclosed front lawned garden with garden furniture, use of large field for childrens play and freedom of 200 acres. Ample parking adjacent.
