This picturesque village nestles in a typical North Devon valley, and is surrounded by green hills and open countryside which offer delightful walks. Exmoor and all the amenities of Barnstaple are just a short drive with a fine choice of beaches less than 30 minutes drive distant.
One of only two cottages that have been converted from original stone barns and are equipped and furnished to a high standard with elec panel heating, beams and character features throughout. Accommodation is warm and very comfortable with ample private parking in the central courtyard.
Two bedrooms - attractive ground floor double (z bed available) and first floor single bedded Ground floor bathroom/ wc with electric shower over the bath. Spacious and very comfortable beamed first floor living room with TV, DVD and feature fireplace. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with many original features, elec cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Private lawned side garden adjoining with lovely country views through the valley and river.
