The village of Newton Ferrers is just 10 miles from Plymouth. Surrounded by ancient woodland and creeks, the village sits on the Yealm estuary, the waters edge has a slipway and mooring for boats. There is a pub which serves food, a shop and tea room. The Warren is a beautiful stretch of coastline and circular walking routes take you along the cliff tops overlooking the sea.The village of Noss is just a ferry crossing over or, you can walk across the estuary at low tide and offers two pubs. Attractions in the area include Saltram House and Gardens, National Marine Aquarium, the Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery and the Theatre Royal. The spacious kitchen/diner offers an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, large dining table and no need to do the washing up as the dishwasher will do it for you. Heading up the staircase are three bedrooms, a king size with en suite shower and WC, 1 twin and 1 single. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside from the kitchen/diner is an enclosed walled mediterranean courtyard with garden furniture. There is allocated parking directly outside the property for one car but there is plenty of roadside parking (subject to availability).
