Situated in the quieter area of the village and within easy walking distance of the magnificent sandy beach, and village centre amenities. Delightful walks are also nearby around Northam Burrows and the National Trust coastal path which extends as far down as Cornwall.
The indoor swimming pool at Northam, historic fishing village of Appledore and major shopping town and historic port of Bideford (also offering cycle hire to take advantage of the nearby scenic Tarka Trail), are all just a short drive away. The famous Royal North Devon Links golf course and Westward Ho! indoor bowling club are also opposite and adjacent to the property respectively.
Accommodation is comfortably furnished, and well decorated and equipped, with night storage heating and double glazing throughout. Two bedrooms - double and single bedded with wardrobe (shared between the two rooms). Shower room/wc. Comfortable living/ dining room with TV, DVD, CD/radio, and bed-settee. Kitchen area off with electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Freezer in the garden shed. Glazed front entrance porch with coat hanging area and storage cupboard. Front patio area with lawn and fully enclosed, south-facing rear patio garden, with raised flower beds and garden furniture supplied. Off road parking for several cars closeby.
