Breathtaking coastal and country walks are easily accessible, with abundant wildlife including wild goats in the Valley of the Rocks, and red deer and Exmoor ponies in the surrounding countryside. The historic funicular cliff railway connects Lynton and its twin village of Lynmouth with its delightful harbour, gardens, shingle and rock beaches. First class location for walking, fishing, birdwatching or riding in surrounding National Trust and Exmoor countryside. Many famous beauty spots are also easily accessible including Heddon Valley, Watersmeet and the Doone Valley.

Small, elevated rear patio garden (10 steps) with garden furniture. Free on-road parking closeby, with some restrictions during the main season, parking permit provided for car park (300 yds). Access to cottage via 50 yd pathway.
