Leave Barnstaple on the A361 towards Braunton/Ilfracombe. Pass through Braunton approx (5 miles) and continue towards Ilfracombe until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout (Approx 7 miles from Braunton). Turn left to Woolacombe.
Approx one half miles on a left hand bend- turn right - signposted Morthoe (just before Fortescue pub) Follow road to village go through Morthoe past the Chichester pub on your right. You start to go down the hill, past the converted chapel on right, you will notice a selection of cottages on your left hand side.
Rosemary Cottage is the last cottage on the left hand side.
You will notice a private parking bay for the cottage.
