Family bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 4 Triple room with waterside views, 3ft bunk beds and 3ft single bed, built in wardrobe, vanity unit with basin, chest of drawers.

Landscaped garden overlooking the estuary with patio areas, garden furniture and slipway (kayak available for guest use – own lifejackets to be provided) Through the garden gate a public footpath leads along the edge of the estuary.
