Tucked back from the A35 with Bridport 2 miles east and Lyme Regis 6 miles west, at this cottage you will have some of the region s best loved attractions within easy reach. This area is well known for its abundance of pretty villages including nearby Symondsbury (1.5 miles), which sits at the foot of Colmer s Hill, a haven for walkers. Hop in the car and visit one of the many beautiful beaches including Eype (2 miles), West Bay (4 miles), Seatown (2 miles) and Hive Beach at Burton Bradstock (5 miles), all of which have popular eateries near the shore. The surrounding rolling hills make the perfect backdrop for all manner of outdoor pursuits, or head to Abbotsbury (9 miles) and visit the subtropical gardens and the Swannery. A narrow country lane leads from the A35 to the property, which is attached to the owners home, yet with privacy assured. A ramp rises from the parking area to the private entrance. Once inside, you are met with a light and bright lounge/diner with a wood burner and Smart TV, as well as fabulous panoramic views across the rolling countryside that sits beside the property. To the left is the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two king size bedrooms to choose from, one with an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, and the other with an en suite shower room with WC. Both rooms have their own patio doors leading into the garden. To the rear of the property is a compact terrace with furniture that catches the evening sun. At the front is a raised deck with a picnic bench, positioned to make the most of the view and to the side is a sloping lawn area. Use of the hot tub is by arrangement with the owners on a timed basis. Private parking for four cars can be found at the front.
