Upon entering Vistas you are greeted by the breath-taking sea views and light flooded open plan living space. This rare clifftop property has been thoughtfully designed for indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The spectacular designer garden is a key feature of the property with an “Endless” heated pool which has adjustable speeds tailored to your swimming style and is heated 365 days a year bringing a very special experience to those autumn and winter stays. Kick off your shoes and relax, this garden has been designed specifically for laid-back barefoot living with hard and soft landscaping drawing you to the unforgettable views from the clifftop edge.
Breakfast under the olive trees by the pool with a freshly brewed morning coffee or a slow pressed juice from the well-equipped kitchen; drift off amongst the relaxing aromas of the herb infused camomile patio by the salad garden; or listen to the sound of the breaking waves below from the clifftop deck whilst taking in the far-reaching views from Hengisbury Head and the Isle of Wight to Studland and Harry’s Rocks.
The interior of the house is equally impressive with original artwork and high-end furnishings from Cane-Line and Designers Guild. Two of the four bedrooms have balconies with glorious sea views and overlook the pool and garden.
On the ground floor is the light bathed open plan kitchen lounge diner with seating for 8 and a large flatscreen smart TV with surround sound and access to Netflix. Cook with a view from the well-equipped kitchen with separate wine cooler, expresso machine, slow pressed juicer, food processor and nutri bullet or cook outside on the Weber BBQ. On the same floor is a large changing and shower room opposite the front entrance, designed to leave the beach behind, and there is an adjacent WC and utility room.
On the middle floor is a sea-facing light-filled bedroom with sliding doors onto the large terrace. Superking bed, beautiful shutters and large fitted wardrobes make this bedroom with magnificent views a real haven. Also on this floor is a twin with ensuite shower room.
Upstairs on the top floor are 2 further bedrooms, 1 with flexible Superking which can be split into singles, with a balcony and seating perfect for morning coffee or a sundowner watching the changing light. The other bedroom is very restful with lovely architectural features, beautiful shutters, and a Kingsize bed which can be split into 2 small singles. There is a further bathroom on this floor with bath and handheld shower with sea view from the window over Studland.
This house is difficult to leave, but if you do the steps at the end of the road lead to award winning Branksome Beach ranked 5th best beach in Europe 2021 and amongst the Top 25 in the world by Trip Advisor. Stroll down the hill by the house past the beach huts to family friendly Alum Chine Beach with play park and Vesuvio Italian restaurant. A pleasant stroll along the promenade takes you to Sandbanks or Bournemouth in the opposite direction.
The house is located on the clifftop with an electronic gated driveway and parking space for 2 cars on the premier road in Westbourne, moments from the best beaches Europe has to offer, and a 15-minute walk through a wooded chine to thriving Westbourne, a foodie’s paradise, and Traveller’s Choice award winner 2020.
