Sitting on the coastal path, with stunning Marloes Sands to the fore and in easy walking distance, and fields to the rear, this property enjoys the very best of both worlds. Dale, just two miles, is a delightful spot with boating, kayaking, shops and restaurants to enjoy. The market town of Haverfordwest is close by and the UKs smallest city St Davids, with beautiful cathedral, is well worth a visit and just a short drive away. Pembrokeshire is blessed with super beaches to enjoy nearby, such as Musselwick, West Dale and Broad Haven. Entering into the hallway of this detached bungalow, where there are doors to a WC and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer and through to the large kitchen/diner. The kitchen area features solid wood units and is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The relaxed dining area also has a sofa and leads through to the wonderful conservatory with breath taking views of the coastline at Marloes Sands and Skokholm Island, a wonderful place to sit and relax with a book and watch the world go by. Also from the kitchen is a formal dining space which also has access to the conservatory and leads into the contemporary lounge with floor to ceiling windows to take in all of the sublime scenery. There is a sofa and comfortable chairs framing the wood burner and TV/DVD. From the rear hallway there are three bedrooms, the master a king size, has TV, sea views, dressing area and an en suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. There are also two twin bedrooms, both with sea views and a wet room with shower and WC. Outside there is a spacious lawn with a charcoal BBQ and patio with furniture.
