Set overlooking the beautiful Upper Towy Valley, this lovely detached house arguably commands one of the finest vistas across village, fields, woodlands and mountains to be found anywhere in Britain. The perfect spot for walkers if you are able to make it past the inviting country pub, just at the end of the drive. Pretty river trails, with another great pub just a little further away and is just a short drive to the market town of Llandovery, with independent shops and restaurants to enjoy. The West coast is a little further afield in the car with seaside gems such as Aberporth and New Quay, where you can enjoy boat trips and even a spot of dolphin watching. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Enter this beautiful home from home, into the hallway. To the left is an open dining area with superb views, leading through to the cosy lounge with sofa, chaise longue, TV, a good selection of books and a roaring wood burner to provide memorable, family evenings any time of the year. From the hallway, leading right, is a snug/diner, with comfortable chair, table and chairs and again an impressive wood burner with plenty of logs for your stay. Up a step and through to the long, narrow kitchen. This well equipped space has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a handy boot room beyond this that leads to the ground floor shower room with shower and WC. Upstairs on the first floor there are two king size bedrooms with fabulous views, and a third bedroom/snug with a double sofa bed that can be set up on request. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC on this floor. Outside there are wonderful, mature gardens, an ideal spot for some al fresco dining, with garden furniture, a chimenea and great views across the valley. Down the steep incline to the lower level with lawn and shrubs, which may not be suitable for all persons to access, providing a leafy retreat where you can relax with a good book and perhaps something fizzy. There is off road parking on the driveway for two cars.
