Relax in the second lounge which has a Smart TV, perfect for a movie night after a day exploring. Completing the ground floor is a snug area, ideal for reading a book or for children to play games. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, two doubles and two singles, one with an en suite shower room with shower and WC, plus a bathroom with a bath and WC, and a separate WC. Heading outside, the farmhouse enjoys an enclosed garden with a large lawned area and patio. It is the ideal space to enjoy a BBQ on a warm summer's evening. There is ample off road parking and a shed for secure bicycle storage.
