There s plenty to do on your doorstep with footpaths and cycle routes to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside or head towards the coast with 60 miles of coastal path to choose from. Seven miles to New Quay the popular seaside town with its harbour, shops and attractions, take a boat trip to spot the dolphins or go fishing, visit the marine wildlife museum, try out one of the water sports on offer or simply enjoy a bite to eat at one of the eateries. Continue up the coast to the attractive Georgian town of Aberaeron or carry on to the seaside university town of Aberystwyth, with its promenade, pier, cliff railway and attractions. Visit the Silver Mine, Cilgerran Castle, National Trust s Llanerchaeron and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). The back door leads into the useful utility with washing machine and plenty of extra space for your holiday attire of sandals, boots and outdoor activity gear. Continue through into the delightful kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast table and chairs. Walk through to the conservatory flooded with natural light to the dining area, the perfect setting for everyone to gather round and enjoy a wonderful view over a bite to eat. Relax after dinner with a board game, plan your holiday activities or wander through to the lounge with comfy sofas and chairs, a wood burner effect electric fire and TV. There is a separate WC off the hall by the stairs leading up to the three bedrooms on the first floor. One with a king size bed, lovely rural views and stylish en suite shower and WC, the second is a double room with lovely rural view and the third is the lovely twin. The family bathroom is also on this floor, with a bath, shower and WC. The house is surrounded by enclosed garden with hard standing for the parking, lawn to relax on, established shrubs and patio area with picnic bench and charcoal BBQ. The perfect spot to enjoy alfresco dining and the countryside views. There is private off road parking for three cars at the property.
