The property is perfectly situated on a side street in Tenby just outside its famous town walls, with all amenities within walking distance. The supermarket is less than two hundred yards away and the town centre can be reached within 300 yards. Tenby town centre is bursting with independent shops, bars and restaurants giving you plenty to see and do come rain or shine. North Beach is just 700 yards away where you can enjoy a day on the vast golden sand looking out towards Goscar Rock and the iconic harbour. As you enter the property you are welcomed into an inviting porch area where you can store coats and shoes. Through into the main hallway, you will find the cosy lounge to your left with two comfortable sofas and a stylish armchair nestled around the television and a wood burner effect gas fire. Curl up after a day at the beach and unwind enjoying your favourite programmes or reading a book. Further down the hall is the dining room, which can comfortably seat six for a meal or to enjoy a family games night. At the end of the hallway is the kitchen which has been equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, plus all the basic necessities you will need to rustle up a hearty breakfast, your evening meal or a picnic for the beach. Upstairs there is a split level landing with the bathroom to the rear of the house and the bedrooms to the front. There is a double bedroom, a twin room and the third bedroom has bunk beds. All rooms are well proportioned and come with adequate storage for your clothes and belongings. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Externally the cottage benefits from a sun trapped south facing courtyard garden with a concrete seating area and an additional lawned area. A barbecue has been provided for you to enjoy evenings in the garden, dining al fresco with the family. There is roadside parking available along the street but spaces can not be guaranteed. The nearest public car park is less than two hundred yards away where weekly permits are available.
