Explore the small town of Burry Port with its array of shops, pubs, restaurants and take away outlets. The railway station is within the town and why not pop on to a train and visit Carmarthen, Swansea or even Cardiff. Golfers can enjoy Ashburnham Golf Course (0.5 miles), one of the oldest and finest golf courses in Wales. Why not visit the town of Llanelli and watch a film at the cinema or call in at the Parc Y Scarlet, rugby playing field and watch a game. Or have a go at throwing a pot at the local pottery in Pembrey. Set in 500 acres of stunning parkland is Pembrey Country Park and beach, with plenty of fun activities including adventure playgrounds, crazy golf, Wales s longest toboggan run and a dry ski slope. Finally, if you love motorsports, then the Pembrey circuit (5 miles) home of Welsh motorsport is a must visit. As well as the enclosed garden space at the front of the property, which includes tables and chairs and a garden parasol, you also have a private enclosed garden to the rear of the property. Here you have a dining table and chairs to accommodate eight people and a gas BBQ perfect for enjoying some al fresco dining. There is also a gas fire pit. There is a useful outdoor hose for cleaning off the sand after a day at the beach. There is private parking for one car and on road parking (subject to availability). Bike storage in the garage can be arranged with the owner prior to arrival.
