The beautifully designed living room, complete with a Smart TV, has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone making it a great space to pull out those family board games and have some fun together. On the first floor, you will find a king size master bedroom with an en suite shower room with a shower and a WC; a double bedroom with ample wardrobe space, and the family bathroom which includes a shower over the bath and a WC. One more flight of stairs up and, on the second floor, you have a spacious bunk room with two singles, desk space and a telescope. Completing the accommodation is a delightful twin bedroom; both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. As well as the enclosed garden space at the front of the property, which includes tables and chairs and a garden parasol, you also have a private enclosed garden to the rear of the property. Here you have a dining table and chairs to accommodate eight people and a gas BBQ perfect for enjoying some al fresco dining. There is also a gas fire pit. There is a useful outdoor hose for cleaning off the sand after a day at the beach. There is private parking for one car and on road parking (subject to availability). Bike storage in the garage can be arranged with the owner prior to arrival.
