Set in the leafy village of Penally, which has its own shop and pubs all within easy walking distance. Penally adjoins Tenby, a spectacular holiday destination since Victorian times. With a picturesque harbour, cobbled streets, a thriving cafe culture, plethora of shops, pubs and restaurants, and amazing beaches around every corner, you may never want to leave. If you can tear yourself away there is plenty to see and do. Nearby attractions include Heatherton Country Park, Manor House Zoo, Folly Farm and Wales largest theme park, Oakwood. For history lovers there are castles at Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke. Britain's smallest city, St David's, is 28 miles away, where you can explore the Bishop's Palace and the beautiful St David's Cathedral. As you approach the front of the property, via the fabulous entrance, you will feel an immediate sense of home. The property has so many interesting, local paintings scattered across both floors. Enter into the hallway which leads to an L shaped, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. You will be struck by the large oak table to gather around and spend quality time as a family or group of friends. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating with TV/DVD and coal effect gas fire and doors out to the rear garden, extending the social space on warm summer evenings. Along the ground floor hallway there is a pretty ground floor twin bedroom, as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a separate shower room and a separate WC. Perfect to clean off after a day at the beach. There are a further four bedrooms on the first floor. The master has a super king size bed and looks out across the oldest links golf course in Wales. There is a double bedroom, another twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath, separate shower and WC. Outside there are large mature gardens to the front and rear. With a large patio area with furniture and a charcoal BBQ, the outside space is absolutely delightful and even though you cannot see the sea you are close enough to hear it. Views towards Tenby to the fore and private parking for five cars. A cottage not to be missed!
