OUT & ABOUT
This cosy cottage retreat is surrounded by outstanding rural scenery. There is a long drive which takes you passed the farm buildings and the cottage is situated to the left of the main building. The property is deceptively spacious inside and has a kitchen, very large shower room, living room with double sofa bed, if required, and loft bedroom boasting a comfy Superking Bed that can also be made into 2 x Singles, upon request.
The situation of the property makes it the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful farmland and countryside as well as a woodland walk down to the beach, which while open to the public is a bit of a hidden spot as there is no vehicle access.
The outside area has plenty of space for eating outside, parking and your exclusive use of the Hot Tub, benefitting from a TV and audio system.
The property has a fitted kitchen with hob cooking facilities along with a microwave that is also a combi-oven, kettle, toaster, Fridge with top Freezer compartment. There is not a washing machine or dishwasher at the property but there is a nearby launderette.
The beauty of the cottage is that it lies in between the seaside village of Borth and the town of Aberystwyth and if you take the woodland path down to the beach you can join the coastal path to walk to either of these destinations. Both Borth and Aberystwyth have an abundance of tourist spots as well as delightful cafes, shops and restaurants.
It is an excellent base for walking or cycling or just generally having a 'get away from it all' experience.
A car is ideal to travel to get to the nearest train stations and bus stations. The nearest bus stop is a mile away in Clarach village.
