Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the three further bedrooms, a double, a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and WC and a single bedroom. The bed in the single room is accessed via a small ladder. Outside there is a large enclosed garden overlooking the bay, this space has a patio and lawn and even its own spacious bar area, sit and relax well into the evening, watching the sun go down in the most sociable garden out there. Lots of easy seating and a charcoal BBQ make this area perfect for al fresco dining. There is off road parking for three cars with steps leading down to the property.
