Located in the beautiful seaside resort of New Quay. This coastal treasure is a fabulous holiday destination any time of the year, with shops, eateries, two golden sandy beaches (dog friendly) and the picturesque harbour. Boat trips offering dolphin watching and a variety of water sports makes this an ever popular spot for all. Join part of the coastal footpath, which has over 60 miles, with breath taking views and a host of pubs and restaurants along the way or enjoy a bite to eat back in New Quay to help you re fuel and unwind after a day of exploration. Aberporth and Aberaeron are both worth a visit or even head inland and enjoy the magnificence of the Preseli mountains. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). This attractive period semi detached house is full of interesting features and all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. As soon as you arrive make the most of the boot room with plenty of space for your sandals, boots, outdoor attire, surfboards, bikes, buckets and spades. The spacious lounge/diner is a great place to relax with comfortable sofas, a wood burner effect electric fire and Smart TV. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round and enjoy a meal together, maybe inspired by local produce on your travels. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a useful utility area with a washing machine. After dinner head to the games room/snug with TV where you can also play pool, table tennis or even watch a film. There is a separate WC on this floor. Head up the stairs to the first floor for the sleeping accommodation, choose from four bedrooms, the super king size with TV and en suite shower and WC, the double with TV, a twin with TV or the second cosy twin. All have been designed with comfort and a good nights sleep in mind. The stylish bathroom has a bath, shower and WC, enjoy a leisurely shower or bath to start your day. Outside there is an enclosed garden with established borders, coastal plants and shrubs with the beautiful backdrop and glimpses of the sea. Enjoy al fresco dining on the deck with patio furniture and enjoy a BBQ (please bring your own), a suntrap during the day and the perfect spot to chat long into the evening. There is also a dog kennel here for peace of mind whilst you relax in the garden. There is parking for one car at the property, for any further parking there are several nearby public car parks, charges will apply.
