The property is located on the edge of the walled town centre offering easy access to the centre and beaches. The high street overlooks Tenby North Beach with its vast golden sands and the beautiful harbour can be reached on foot in 400 metres. Enjoy a day at the seaside before heading into town and sampling one of the many local bars and eateries. Boat trips to Caldey Island run from the harbour throughout the main season and fishing trips can be booked locally. As you enter the property you are welcomed into a small entrance porch which opens out into the main hallway. To the left, you will find the lounge, complete with three comfortable sofas centred around the wall mounted Smart TV. Tasteful art and inviting décor make this the perfect cosy spot to for relaxing after a fun filled day. Further down the hallway, you will find the open plan kitchen/diner. The dining table can comfortably seat eight to enjoy a meal together and there's a cocktail cabinet for celebratory occasions. The well equipped kitchen has the benefit of a gas Rayburn range oven, fridge/freezer, combi microwave and dishwasher. It's perfect for rustling up your favourite meals on holiday. A washing machine has also been provided for the convenience of doing laundry as you go. At the end of the hallway is a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed and ample storage for clothes and belongings along with an en suite wet room with shower and WC this is a wonderful sanctuary. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find a further three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The double bedroom is spacious with ample storage and a Smart TV. There are a further two twin bedrooms, one with a walk in wardrobe and TV. The family bathroom is generously proportioned and benefits from a bath, separate shower and WC. To the rear of the property is an enclosed courtyard garden with an outdoor dining table and charcoal BBQ provided a real bonus in such a central location. There is parking available at public car parks within a quarter of a mile of the property (subject to availability and charges apply).
