This spacious period farmhouse overlooks a beautiful rural landscape, yet less than a mile from the sea. The nearest sand and shingle beach is just a short drive at Llanrhystud. Within the Ceredigion county you will find the vibrant, university town of Aberystwyth with promenade, museums, galleries, shops and restaurants, as well as its beach, busy marina and cliff railway. Visit Wales' only silver mine visitor attraction, dramatic waterfalls, or take a trip on a steam train with the Vale of Rheidol Railway. Explore the woods and countryside or try one of the many water sports on offer. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Stepping into the property you will enter the lobby, where you can place your footwear. This leads into the well equipped farmhouse kitchen with an electric oven and hob, Aga, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, leading into a wet room style shower room with shower and WC. From the kitchen there is a staircase to a king size bedroom with en suite shower room with shower and WC. Continuing the ground floor, from the kitchen is the lounge with wood burner, comfy sofas and a Smart TV/DVD, to enjoy after a day of exploring. Head across the hallway into the spacious dining room which follows into the bright and airy conservatory, a perfect place for reading a book or taking a nap. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. From the hallway, heading up the stairs to the first floor there is a double bedroom(height restrictions apply) and a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. A further landing leads to three more bedrooms, a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request), a single bedroom and a further king size bedroom (height restrictions apply), all enjoying lovely countryside views. Heading outside there is a large patio with your own private hot tub, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, perfect for relaxing in the open space and enjoying the far reaching views.
