Getting there couldn’t be easier, with it being an hour and half from London by car plus Eastbourne or Pevensey rail links being just 15 minutes and 5 minutes away respectively.
The main Living Space is a large through reception room with two large sofas plus a love seat set around a fireplace. The dining area includes a 10 seater table complete with banquette seating. French doors lead on to the beach side garden.
The well equipped kitchen includes double oven, coffee machine plus all other mod cons,
and there are several farm shops nearby, so you can cook some delicious local produce after a day spent at the beach.
Rear door leads on to a decked rear garden complete with Jacuzzi.
