This is a self contained conversion on the farm that is away from the main house. It comprises of an open plan kitchen and lounge with a full working kitchen with all facilities, flat screen television and table and chairs. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Fully central heated with underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Breakfast is included and comsists of cereals, bread, jams, milk, fresh juice and various teas and coffees. This is left for you ready to have at your convenience.

Having the option of a sofa bed means we can sleep a couple with 3rd person in their party or 2 work colleagues or family members that require separate beds.
