As well as being conveniently located just 0.5 miles from the most picturesque route up the mountain of Pen y Fan, this stylish cottage is a mere 2 miles from the Welsh town of Brecon, which boasts a majestic cathedral and plenty of unique shops. Getting around on foot or by bicycle is easy thanks to the property s location on the Taff Trail, offering 55 miles of forest, railway and riverside paths. If there are youngsters to entertain with more than just the breath taking scenery, Cantref Adventure Farm (3 miles) is full of family friendly activities and attractions. Step inside out of the wilderness and relax in the light and airy open plan living space, lovingly decorated with homely features like the floor to ceiling bookshelves, handcrafted using wood from the owner s field. Rustling up a meal is no problem in the spacious kitchen, complete with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. This can then be savoured around the dining table, whilst admiring the views of the mountains through the patio doors. When it s time to put your feet up, sink into the sofas in the cosy lounge, get the wood burner going and unwind, around the TV.
