This property is one of two lodges set in a delightful orchard in the village of Talgarth, in the Brecon Beacons National Park. The property has splendid views and is an easy walk to the village pubs and shops, and a restored watermill. Only a short drive away is the ever popular, town of books, Hay on Wye. The property is a short drive to some local beauty spots such as Llangorse Lake and Pwll y Wrach Nature Reserve, offering super walks. For the more easy going guests, there are some lovely market towns such as Crickhowell and Brecon, both within easy reach. There is plenty to see and do during the day, such as walking, mountain biking, climbing, kayaking, fishing and horse riding, before a bit of stargazing in the evening. Relax and unwind in this stylish retreat, part of our exclusive Joules Collection. Look out for handpicked additions from this quintessentially British brand, such as bright and bold bedding in the king size bedroom from their latest homeware collection. Follow the pathway through the orchard to the lodge, where you will find the entrance hall where you will find a handy utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Past the utility room there is a light and airy super king size zip and link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with lovely views. Venture down a couple of steps and discover the warm and cosy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The contemporary kitchen has an electric oven and an induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge area has a stylish sofa and chairs, Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows, to take in the fabulous surroundings. From the kitchen area through an internal hallway you will find the shower room with shower and WC. And completing the accommodation a pretty king size bedroom. This is a fantastic residence, with cosy underfloor heating throughout, making this an ideal retreat perfect for couples and families all year round. Outside there is a private decked area, overlooking the orchard, stream and woodland beyond, with furniture and BBQ for some al fresco dining, all leading to your own wood fired hot tub. A simply stunning retreat with off road parking for one car.
