The lodge is perched on the top of a hillside within the grounds of a working farm. There are stunning, uninterrupted views over the Elan Valley and its rolling hills. The farm is 9 miles north of Builth Wells and just 6 miles from Llandrindod Wells. Builth Wells offers a good selection of shops, bars, and cafes, and plays host to the Royal Welsh Show for one week during the summer months. There are excellent local walks and cycling trails available. Why not try the 3km circular 'spa Walk' and learn a little about the history of Llandrindod Wells? As you enter the property, you are welcomed into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, enjoying stunning views from the French doors. The contemporary kitchen is wrapped around the six seater dining table, with the room leading into the lounge. The lounge has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed which can be made up as an extra bed on request. There is a Smart TV to stream your favourite movies or programmes and unwind after a day of exploring. There are two bedrooms: the first is the king size zip and link that can be made into 2'6" twin beds, and the second is a double bedroom. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and WC. Heading outside, there is a sheltered hot tub to relax in whilst enjoying the views overlooking the countryside. The fully enclosed garden has a patio area with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ to make the most of dining al fresco; there is also a separate lawn area for the children and dogs to run around in.
