Walk or cycle round Llangorse lake for a relaxing afternoon or embark on an outdoor pursuit with water sports and fishing. Families will appreciate the Llangorse Multi Activity Centre, with a plethora of exciting things to try, from pony trekking to climbing. The local pub is a great place to enjoy a meal out with the family, or you can travel just 7 miles to Brecon which has plenty of excellent eateries. This charming barn has an incredible interior, characterised by beautiful, exposed beams and stone walls, with rustic decor and neutral tones to create a wonderfully cosy country living atmosphere. The open plan living area includes a farmhouse kitchen, fitted with a Range Master gas hob and griddle plate with electric oven, a microwave, and a fridge. Enjoy your home cooked meals at the dining table. There is a cosy lounge with a Smart TV for watching your favourite movies in the evening, in front of the gas coal effect fire set within the original stone fireplace. From the back door you can access the utility room which houses a washing machine and dryer, as well as a freezer and a second fridge. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC for your convenience. The upstairs is light and fresh, with an interior balcony that looks over the open plan ground floor. Full of character with an impressive vaulted, beamed ceiling, the master bedroom has a king size bed for a good night of rest. The double bedroom and twin bedroom are equally beautifully decorated. Also, upstairs you will find the family bathroom with a roll top bath and WC, and a shower room with a walk in shower and WC. In front of the barn there is a shared cobbled stone patio area with garden furniture for enjoying the fresh air on sunny days. There is also parking for two cars at the property.
