This beautiful farmhouse, located on the outskirts of the small hamlet of Rhosgoch, near Paincastle, is in a prime position to explore the Black Mountains, Wye Valley and the Brecon Beacons. Less than 4 miles away is the book town of Hay on Wye which hosts the world renowned literary festival and within 20 miles are the historic towns of Brecon and Builth Wells, the latter of which hosts the vibrant Royal Welsh Show. Locally there are excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, pony trekking, canoeing, fishing and much more.
