Located right on the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons, guests can easily access the beaches of South Wales as well as explore the countryside. The walking and cycling routes of the Brecon Beacons National Park are just 4 miles away. The magnificent 90 foot high Henrhyd Falls can be reached in 8 miles and the National Showcaves Centre for Wales, which is a fabulous family day out is 9 miles. You can visit Port Talbot and its magnificent sandy beach in 17 miles or head to Swansea for some city living, which is 15 miles away. This exceptional property is an ideal spot for a family break. Downstairs is a spacious and bright living room with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, there is also an organ for visitors to use and patio doors that lead to the garden. A separate dining room features a table seating eight. The kitchen has been finished to a very high standard and is very well equipped with a large range cooker, dishwasher and breakfast bar. A downstairs wet room features a walk in shower and WC. Upstairs is a family bathroom and four large bedrooms, which all feature TVs and Freeview. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a corner shower. The magnificent and private garden is beautifully finished and is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring. There is a six seater hot tub, sun loungers, table and benches as well as a BBQ so you can enjoy an al fresco meal. To the front of the property is plenty of parking.
