The Moorings, sleeping eight plus two, is a beautifully furnished New England style retreat set within the gated community of The Landings. Situated in landscaped surroundings overlooking a stunning 114 acre sailing and fishing lake, it's perfect for an adventurous family holiday or special celebration, with water sports, walking and cycling on tap. Or fire up the bubbles and kick back in the relaxing hot tub and stare at the ever-changing sky and water!
The pretty clapper board-style exterior and fantastic setting make a brilliant first impression and the decked area providing plenty of space for sitting out and uninterrupted lake views comes a close second.
Furnished to a high standard, The Moorings offers a spacious open plan living area with a bespoke fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area with lake views. Wall to ceiling glass windows and patio doors open onto a large private deck with outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue and private jetty.
There are four double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms have 5’ zip and link beds that can be converted into twin beds if required. There is a steep ship style ladder within bedroom 4 which leads to a small mezzanine/loft area with a low ceiling and 2 x 3' singles or a 6' double bed, suitable for older children/teenagers. There are three bathrooms, including a shower room on the ground floor, which is ideal if returning from any water sports.

Split level open plan living space comprising a fully integrated kitchen and dining area seating 10, with three steps down to a lounge area with gas fire, 55" wall mounted flat screen TV, and double doors onto the lakeside south facing sun deck. The kitchen area overlooks the lounge area and the lake view.

First floor:
Double aspect master bedroom with 5’ zip and link bed and lake views. Built in double wardrobe, 40” flat screen TV with freeview and en suite shower room.

Outside:
Direct lake frontage with stunning views from the large south facing sun deck with table and chairs and a gas barbecue. There is a private boat jetty leading from the deck which provides mooring for one or two small boats.

The mezzanine area has low ceilings and can only be accessed via the steep ships ladder. It is unsuitable for small children due to the steep ladder
